The Dirty Gardener Heirloom Marglobe Tomato Seeds
Marglobe tomato seeds are an old disease resistant heirloom variety which are a good producer of 8 to 10-ounce deep red juicy excellent tasting fruit. Marglobe is the ancestor of many of todayÕs hybrid tomatoes plants. It is a great tomato for any garden. They can be caged or staked. This vigorous growing variety bears delicious fruit. Plants require little space and effort and produce a big crop. Excellent for salads, juice, canning, and relish. America's most popular vegetable. For early crop, start seeds indoors in pots or flats 5-7 weeks before planting outdoors. Place in sunny location, keeping soil moist and warm. Transplant outdoors when 5-10" tall after the danger of frost is passed. For later crop sow sparingly directly into garden, in sunny location, after weather and soil are warm. Cultivate, apply vegetable food and firm over seed. Stake or cage to save space. Water deeply when dry and feed monthly. Pick gently when color is fully developed.
